I have a desire. Wanderlust.
Greetings! You can call me Rave. Recently I’ve been greatly inspired to begin my very own travel blog. My goal is to travel the world, and my passions are photography, adventure travel, and animals.
This blog will be where I share my experiences, tips I have learned and continue to learn along the way, miscellaneous blog topics, as well as captured moments of my adventures. This will continue to be a work in progress, as my travel plans to go abroad will not start for a few years yet. In the mean time, I will share stories of different states I travel to, information about my travel goals, as well as revealing wonderful cuisine and places to visit.
Why did I decide to start my own travel blog, and why did I decide I want to start adventure traveling? I can start off by saying I’ve always been curious about the earth. I love meeting new people, traveling, different cultures, and taking risks. I want to discover new places, expand my knowledge of the world and its people, learn new things and to challenge myself in ways I’ve never even thought of. My other two inspirations were my very first out of country trip to the Netherlands, and Matthew Karsten, probably one of my biggest idols at this point in my life. You can find his blog here.
If there’s anything else you guys would like me to add, just email me at RaveTheWolf@hotmail.com. Thanks! -Rave
More about the author.
I enjoy photography, art, architecture, wildlife, video games, conventions, concerts, traveling, and different cultures. These are my addictions, along with my severe love for coffee. I’m 23 years old, greatly inspired to make a difference in my life, in others, and to accomplish a life I’ve always dreamed of.
I’ve went to Fox Valley Technical College for one year, attempting to accomplish a major in Web Design. Unsure if that was really wanted to do, I quit, and am now re-evaluating what I would like to go back to college for. I’m highly considering going for a Natural Resources Degree, so I can possibly work with animals. I also have a goal to (at least) write one book, and to get further in my art career.
